We have over the past few years developed some cutting edge training for business to help reduce unhealthy conflict in the workplace. Some of this work has been pioneered in partnership with Portsmouth City Council.
A flexible, whole organisational / department approach is needed to successfully develop a restorative culture. Ideally, all members of the team should have a broad understanding of the Philosophy, Values and Skills which underpin successful Restorative Practices, which prevent damaging conflict from breaking out and escalating. The training and implementation of these elements can be flexible enough to fit in with the company’s existing business workload and timetable.
