There is so much to learn about Restorative Justice, Practice & Approaches. One thing we have learnt at PMS is that in difficult situations the Restorative road is always a choice and that if we are looking for more positive outcomes where there is hurt and harm, then we each need to be intentionally Restorative. We hope this section will help you to go deeper into your own restorative journey.


The 5 Restorative Questions

  1. What happened?
  2. What were you thinking or feeling at the time of the incident?
  3. What do you need?
  4. Who was affected by what happened? Who was harmed?
  5. What needs to be done to make things as right as possible for everyone involved?
