If you have a complaint let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to put things right. In the first instance we would welcome an opportunity to talk with you and quickly resolve any problems. If we have got it wrong we will apologise and learn from it. If it is more serious, please send the details of any complaint to our service manager, email@example.com and we will carefully investigate and report back to you.
