Restorative Empowerment is Risky

A Huge Thank you to or own John Swindell and Dr Aaron Pycroft from The Relational and Restorative Practice Community of Inquiry for hosting last week’s Seminar on Restorative Leadership & Team Building. John unpacked an inspirational message of how great teams are empowered to be innovative and to take risks with ‘bottom up’ servant leadership rather than the traditional top-down delegation of ‘do as I say’. It’s something that we at PMS have been modelling for several years now, and is an integral part of our mission and message to help others implement and embed a new positive restorative culture.
