Rabia & Cindy Sorting it Out!
Everyone within PMS believes in the young people of our city who are investing in further education. We want to serve this generation of future movers and shakers and help them to succeed in leadership and enterprise, which is one of the reasons we have collaborated with the Student Union and Law Department to facilitate a Peer Mediation Service run and delivered by students for students. Pictured here is Rabia and Cindy 3rd year law students who have been appointed Directors of the Sort it Out resolution service. We are extremely confident that under their stewardship, Sort it Out will again be a Flagship programme. Rabia & Cindy will over these coming months gain key first hand transferable life skills, such as team work & communication, management & leadership, and sales & marketing. Already we are thrilled to see these young ladies begin to grow in confidence and stature as they develop their gifts and talent in a real-life mediation/business setting.
