PMS Supporting Portsmouth Family Hubs

Portsmouth Mediation Service is pleased to be able to support our local Family Hubs. In Portsmouth, there are five family hubs in Buckland, Milton, Northern Parade, Somerstown and Paulsgrove. Each Hub is in effect a ‘one stop shop’ within the local community – providing information, signposting and a variety of free services, activities and support for families with children up to 25 years. Every location has a family hub champion who can offer advice and signpost to further support.

Pictured here is Chloe from our Family Mediation Team who has been visiting each Hub to update the Family Support Workers with the benefits of our service which includes helping children to have a voice and to be heard in difficult situations that affect them. Chloe was also able to talk about how legal aid and mediation vouchers could help with the cost of the mediation process. You can learn more about our Family Mediation Service here.
