PMS Restorative Mission goes wider as Winchester steps toward “Restorative City” vision

Just over a year after Portsmouth Mediation Service extended its restorative work into Winchester, following the closure of Winchester Mediation Service – the initiative has gathered remarkable momentum. Operating under the name Solent Restorative Partnership (SRP), we have connected with a number of dedicated professionals who have embraced the restorative approach and formed a steering group with a bold ambition: to establish Winchester as a fully recognised Restorative City.

As part of this growing movement, the group recently hosted an interactive Trauma-Informed Practice training session led by Elle Snookes of Away Forward Together. The event, followed by a lively networking lunch, drew more than 25 engaged delegates from across the community.
