Helping to be Heard

Pictured left to right are Holly & Natalie from our local Neighbourhood Police along with Jasmine a Social Worker Student from The University of Portsmouth who is on her Placement with Portsmouth Mediation Service. They attended  a meeting today with our manager Steve to discuss how we can further help victims of Hate Crime. PMS is a Third Party Reporting Centre (more info here) and some of the conversation was around how we can make it easier for victims to be listened to.
